However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous payment or if the client would like to cancel his services, GetMyIndia Capitals Private Limited will respond to the client within 7 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the client. The timely refund of the payment will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The client will have to send GetMyIndia Capitals Private Limited a written request for a refund within 2 days of making the payment to GetMyIndia Capitals Private Limited Office or email to cs@gmicapitals.com along with-
• Completely filled Refund Application Form. Click here to Download.
• Proof of the deduction of the payment amount.
• In cases where the payment receipt has already been issued to the client, the client will have to return the original receipt to us at our office addresses.
• However, in case of a valid refund request due to any error on GetMyIndia Capitals Private Limited part, GetMyIndia Capitals Private Limited will refund the payment and bear the costs of the same.
• International payment will need minimum 15 days for the refund process.
